Terms and Conditions
1. Your transport will be a Legal taxi car E-Class Mercedes Benz or higher category.
2. The price includes 1 to 4 persons. However, please inform us of the passengers in the reservation
form.
3. The price does not include the cost of entry to museums or archaeological sites, food or drinks.
4. Please bear in mind that the Tour starting time (your hotel pick-up) will have to allow for visits to
archaeological sites, where these are included in the Tour.
5. The order of visits on the tour may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Tours take place throughout the week and at the time of the customer’s choosing.
Tours outside of Athens begin between 08:30 to 09:00 in the morning.
7. For all Tours the time that the tour start is the time you book on your reservation form.
8. Drivers cannot enter sites with you!
9. Just in case i am not available i will send you another driver/guide just like my self.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The amount of deposit it is always 20% percent of full amount prices.
Example A: Athens Airport Transfer price 50 euros the deposit is 10 Euros.
Example B: Half Day Tour price 145 euros the deposit is 29 euros
Example C: Full Day Tour price 245 euros the deposit is 49 euros.
Very Simple cancellation!
1. In case of cancellation 24 hours before arrival/departure there is no refund.
2. If your payment is for full amount you always get back all you money minus your deposit as
maximum fee.
3. If on your fault you book on wrong dates there is no refund (please always check dates and time
on your reservations).
4. The balance (if there is, it is always cash) We accept Credit Cards only on line, the payment in
Greece is always cash.
5. If your airplane or cruise ship because of mechanical problems or strikes does not arrive at Athens
Airport or Piraeus Port there is always full refund or you can change it for another day. It it obligatory to
let us know at list 24 hours before only by Phone or Phone text message.
6. On all refunds there is a 4% percent charge, not from us but from all major Credit cards and Paypal,
only if your payment deposit is older than 2
months from the date of arrival/departure.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How will I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will contain the details of your reservation after it is
confirmed.
2. I have reserved for my transportation. Is there anything else I should do?
No, Absolutely nothing. You have received the conformation e-mail that was sent to you which contains
the route, your name and all the details regarding your reservation. Simply keep the printed form of the
email with you as it may be requested by the driver.
3. Will the TAXI I have hired definitely wait for me? Will the driver recognize me?
At your arrival point (airport arrivals, ship exit, train platform etc.) there will be a TAXI waiting for you with
a sign and your name clearly written. Also, the driver will always have a mobile phone so that he can
contact you should any irregular circumstances arise. This is the reason we ask for personal information
during the reservation.
4. What if my plane, train or ship is delayed?
There is no reason to worry. No matter the delay, the driver will wait without an additional charge. We
have an on-line connection to airport, port and train information specifically for this reason. For the
SPECIAL tour (179 euros 5 hours) the time that tour start it is the time you book on the reservation form.
5. I want to select a destination that is not listed on your website. Can I?
Certainly. Simply send us an e-mail containing the destination and we will contact you as soon as
possible with information regarding the cost and payment method.
6. There are five of us. Can we use one car?
Unfortunately, all Greek Taxis can transport up to 4 people. If there are 5 passengers, you will need a
second car.(except kids ages 1-6 Years old, max. 5 with kid or kids)
7. Can I make a reservation such that I can have a TAXI leased for as many days as I need
continuously?
Certainly. Simply send us an e-mail containing the details of the reservation you are interested in.
8. I would also like to book my return. Is it possible?
Yes, there is no problem as far as you inform me with your reservation or 24 hours before.
9. I need a TAXI in a few hours, can I make a reservation?
Yes, but instead of e-mail you must sent me a text message SMS or make a direct call . For e-mail
confirmation i need 8-12 hours depends on your country.
10. Are you a license guide ?
No, We will provide you with information about our culture, the sites, monuments and my city. We can
provide information only inside the car, it is prohibited inside Museums and archeological sites. ( All the
information we will give you there is in a legal book you get for FREE on every tour). If you want a
